We build: Our experienced team can build the tests for you, including skills, knowledge and aptitude.  Behavioral tests can also be built from our topic list, which will be separate from our skills tests.

Applicants take the tests online and you’re instantly emailed the test results after they finish–day, night or weekend.

The score is displayed in percentage correct or percentiles, with detailed lists of missed questions and follow up interview questions are provided for topics where available.

Pre-employment tests for job applicants

Avoiding bias

Using pre-employment tests is one way to avoid bias in the hiring process. Bias can be conscious or unconscious and recruiters may not be aware that they have them.

Using research-based pre-hire tests reduces bias that may come from work or educational experience.

All of our tests follow the guidelines of the EEOC and US Department of Labor’s Uniform Guidelines on Employee Selection.
