How do I order more test credits?

Just visit our Pricing page to select a package and order more credits for your existing account or to set up a new account.

I cannot sign into my account. Please help!

You can reset your account password here.  You will need your Account ID and user name (default user name is "administrator").  The new password token will be emailed to the test administrator of record.

How do I email a test session to a candidate(s)?

The answer depends on your test platform, but for most customers (software/clerical tests), you will click on Administer Testing, Manage Etickets, Create Etickets and then follow the instructions to send.

How do I receive the test scores?

Test scores are immediately emailed to the test administrator when test is completed. The candidate does not receive them. If you haven't received scores but think the candidate has completed them, please check your spam/junk folders and then use the "Search for Scores" tool in your account.

What does the test taker (the candidate) need?

They only need an internet connection and a standard web browser, such as Chrome, Firefox, Edge or Safari.  There are no downloads or plug-ins required for candidates to complete the tests.

Some non-interactive tests can be quickly completed on the candidate's mobile device (phone, tablet).
