*Test Selection Tip:  Which test title do I choose in my testing account list?

Q:  Which test is the "General Clerical Skills" (aka "General Work Skills") or the "Behavioral Profile for Applicants"?

A:  Those tests are listed as "Identity-GWS" (General Work Skills/Clerical Skills) and the "Identity-GPP" (General Personality Profile) in your account test list.

Q:  Which Excel (or Word) test should I be using?

A:  Usually it's the "Intermediate"  level test. Those are the most often used titles and each covers basic, intermediate and advanced skills.  Although it does not have a time limit, you will also see an option for a 30 minute timed version (use if you want to limit the time on the test).

Q:  Where is the "Customer Service Profile"?

A:  It's listed as "Profile-Customer Service Success", in a similar way as our Management and Sales Profiles.
