Q: Which Excel (or Word) test should I be using?
A: Usually it's the "Intermediate" level test. Those are the most often used titles and each covers basic, intermediate and advanced skills. Although it does not have a time limit, you will also see an option for a 30 minute timed version (use if you want to limit the time on the test).
Q: Where is the "Customer Service Profile"?
A: It's listed as "Profile-Customer Service Success", in a similar way as our Management and Sales Profiles.
