Our tests are guaranteed for 30 days to provide you more information about your job candidates than you would have known by an interview alone. Assuming that the test given was related to the job, if your applicant performed well on a test but, after hiring, could not perform the same tasks covered by the test, then we will refund the cost of the test(s). We work hard to recommend the best tests for your needs, but it is the client's responsibility to ensure the tests used are job-related and the testing process conforms with any laws.
