Can these tests be used to identify training needs?
Yes, our tests are often used with current employees (including new hires) to determine training needs. Our tests can be given before training begins to identify the correct training need and then also post-training to determine if the user actually learned the skill. This is often done with Microsoft Office testing. After the training need is identified, we also offer a online training system for computer skills (through our Learning Management System (LMS)) to make sure your employess are as efficient and productive as possible.
How do I order?

If your need is urgent, we can expedite your order and your account will be set up shortly thereafter. Software orders can be shipped same day if processed before 2pm EST. We accept MasterCard/Visa/American Express for payment and we accept Purchase Orders from government entities.
What tests do you offer and how do I know which tests are right for our needs?
Our Test Consultants will help you choose tests after first learning about your positions’ Key Success Factors: the job requirements and essential factors that insure your employees’ successes. Armed with that knowledge, specific tests will be chosen from EmployTest’s extensive product line. If needed, tests can be further customized to precisely match the position. Which testing method is best for me: via software or through the Internet?
Online testing should be used when you …
- Need flexibility as to testing time or location.

Software delivered tests can be used when…
- Users (applicants or employees) can test in your office on a dedicated PC.
- Users can test in your office with no time restriction.
How will my users access the tests?
If testing through the Internet, the testing administrator will sign into the account and set up the test session (or email the applicant a web link specific to their test). If using our software program, the testing administrator will go to the computer where the program is installed and set up the test session. The user will then sit down to take the test(s).
How much does it cost?
For our online test system, each test administered uses one test credit. The price for a low volume test credit purchase is $20 per test credit. For testing delivered via our software program, the price will vary depending on the package chosen. Individual test titles start at $300 and multi test packages start as low as $599.
