How Will I Know Which Tests To Administer?

EmployTest Call Center tests have a variety of formats. The Call Center Customer Service Scenario Test provides real world simulations of call center interactions. This unique, adaptive test provides a detailed assessment in the shortest amount of time. Other tests are multiple choice and approximately 30 questions in length. How Will The Scores Be Displayed?
Score Reports are available immediately at end of test. No faxing, emailing or hand-scoring is necessary. Scores are available on screen or can be emailed to your organization’s Test Administrator. For Audio Data Entry tests, scores will be presented in a Words Per Minute format.
